Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jiliw aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you should first contact jiliw's customer support team with full details of the issue. jiliw will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
If you are not satisfied with jiliw's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose framework jiliw operates. jiliw will cooperate fully with any such regulatory review.
Any claim or dispute arising from your use of jiliw must be submitted within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
